Brett Rosen is just another scammer. He has blatantly lied before and will again... What he said about just swapping out financials is completely ridiculous. FINRA doesn't work that way. And neither will the receiver. After months of looking at the "books" the receiver will come to the conclusion that there is nothing here but debt and judgments and will file for bankruptcy.
