I have a friend who has Alzheimer's. When it began to get bad, one of the first signs was the difficulty she had with concepts involving time. Oddly--at least to me--calendars no longer made sense to her. She had trouble remembering what day it was. Eventually, what month it was and what season it was.
It looks as if that's where he's headed. Rick Wilson is right: Musk, Peter Theil, and the rest of the Bros are just hoping Donnie will win the election and make it through the Inauguration. Then, after a decent but nonetheless brief interlude, they'll push to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove him from office.
