Personally I don’t believe anything nefarious is going on. It was a major oversight. It can be overcome. They have some work to do.

Who bought the 7% convertible shares before ? The short interest looks rather high unless most of the shorts have matching long shares. Seems like there is more to the stock but the safer bet might be a larger CDMO ?
