2nd tier breakfast effort, and for some reason this goddamn chop is much tougher than the last much more enjoyed.

Have not more appealing recipes been suggested here? And do get an instant read thermometer. So you'll know what whatever you're making is done. Not overdone.

This looks very good. Easy to make, and it's the kind of thing you'd enjoy. But it makes more than you'd need, so cut it in half.
