My understanding is you can't even write the shares off for tax purposes at this point.

The crooks con you into buying the shares that they front loaded cheap that is always the story.
Telling you lies of good things coming to a liquidated company. When the liquidation was approved for $4.34 mil vs $100 mil of debt the outcome was 100% known.
Yes you could take the risk and flip the stock but it was always going to end when the monitor was completed.
Anyone saying that the shareholders have any chance at all of good things coming is a liar there is no opinion. You could have had an opinion on the outcome before the liquidation was approved but not after. You don’t get to change the facts because you don’t like them.
