No I just read the affidavit to confirm what I already suspected for many months.

All one had to do was read the news releases to know what they were up to.

I'd say 90% of them were just total bs and none were verifiable nor did they come to pass.

Too many of these guys think they can just make up whatever they want, put out news and put in the safe harbor disclaimer and they're covered. Unfortunately, there is no safe harbor for penny stocks.

If they are not innocent, there is MORE need for attoreys to defend them, not less. The guilty are the ones who keep the court system in the green.
