I saw a bullish moniker next to an earlier post. Not exactly neutral. The chance of a reverse split is more than 50/50 when the CEO has been talking about it since January in all his podcasts. The chance of a regulation "A" offering is 100% given that one is in place and qualified by the SEC. Both are very bad news for existing shareholders. 50/50????? I think not.
