If you think that is a public announcement, then carry right along with that misunderstanding. It was merely an announcement to private shareholders via a private company and insider only party/ceremony, not the public, which was detailed in the invite notice posted over a month before the event in April. Just because they shared it on their personal FB accounts, and you saw it on FB, doesn't qualify it as a public announcement (invite-only)..lmfaooo. Nevertheless, neither was it a merger announcement, it was merely a formal announcement to private shareholders and the company employees about the acqusition of FBEC shell.
