Most transactions are done with shares, not cash on hand if they even have any. No one writes a check for asset in this arena or even most blue chip transactions are closed with shares.

Look at the security info for BELR. All the OS is restricted, that’s why L2 has $1.50 asking. Theres no float to speak of. BELR is a shell power house just waiting to play in the pond. Learn the game.

BELR clearly just bought a stake in PSRU or likely based on today’s tweet. Irena from BELR is associated with SPQS and HIRU who has bottling assets in ClearVoda. PSRU is now in bottling to promote the brand whatever that is. HIRU board is lighting up right now.

Looks like PSRU just signed an A list ambassador who is in the rock and roll hall of fame. BELR must have wanted some of that action.
