yes 12m added all Restricted for atleast 12 months, and Cohen already stated he wont sell anything til Nasdaq, all good

This was the 12.4M common share conversion by Belisairan Holdings that was reported on the annual report filed on 9/03/2014.

These shares were sold to Cohen in combination with the 3.0M share conversion on 7/22/24 to belisarian holdings for a total of 15.4M shares sold to Cohen.

Cohen Has confirmed that he will cancel the shares for the short term and reissue them to himself once the stock is up listed to the Nasdaq or once the stock has reached $100M in stabilized market cap.

Cohen is in conversation now with the transfer agent - we will take out a press release to confirm most likely next week once the transaction / cancellation is complete.
