Your problem is... the only civilian case you have is NYC. It will be dismissed. Probably both on appeal.
That leaves Jack Smith cases. The CIC can't be tried in Civil and or Federal Court. The CIC falls under The UCMJ.
Under a PEADS order. He is immune from everything. That was issued January 3rd 2021 and or before.
The CIC became the sole officer. All other agency and authority ceased other than the Military, CIC and Supreme Court. The House, Senate, President/VP ( Biden/Harris) became managers of the Bankruptcy Trustee. All documents...fall back to the Presidents desk thatbissued the PEADS order..aka I can think it and it is declassified.
Essentially... The DCCorp was given a End of Business order. At 1st I thought it was Sept 2024. However as more information has come out. January 3rd is the end of the line.
The Trustee of the Bankruptcy would have to authorize another CR by December 20th.
