Always good to start somewhere. I’d remove vigabatrin altogether and cut markets for Vyvanse and OxyContin in half as they shift from brand to generic with competitors. To offset this, I’d also model a more generous market capture. Let’s see that Vyvanse or OxyContin approval first

1. You completely forgot Tylenol with Codeine which just launched on Monday. IQVIA is $47 Million.

2. Use 1% market capture for Vigabatrin. We don't own the product. We are the contract manufacturer.

Both jour_trader and WeeZuhl are full of SH*T when they say it will bring in zero revenue when it has ALREADY brought in revenue from the launch and is STILL on the market as evidenced below:

3. Cut Vyvanse IQVIA in half to be on the safe side due to generic entry.

4. The IQVIA for Percocet, Norco, and Methadone are outdated but it's the latest publicly available info we have. As stated by Nasrat, we will get an up-to-date IQVIA when these products launch.

I got the same 2.5% average market penetration like you in my calculations but this is an average.

We know from the last cc that we have 10% penetrations on the adderal market. Let’s not forget that the generic prices are much lower than the branded ones. Also adderal in Israel costs $900 for 30 pills. Branded. We don’t know how much generic will cost though. Could be big.

jour - have to get INVESTORS looking at 2 or 3 years out. ELTP moves up in the past 6 months is amazing but have to think future which could give 1000% ++ share price above today!
King - yes, add $1+million for Tylenol with Codeine and agree on Vig.
HGils - $12 billion addressable market. I missed this and just imagine 5%-10% revenue going to $500 million to $1 billion!!! Time to be the Oracle (Buffet) and BUY & HOLD for the future! That is how he made $BILLIONS$.
