Stop playing stupid !! Preferred shares become commons if converted and the share structure must support all shares in the OS restricted and unrestricted!!

NOTE 3 — PREFERRED STOCK
Series A Preferred Stock shall not be convertible into Common Stock. The holders of the Series A Preferred Stock vote 15,000
