Jim

Thats like saying that the things that happen during a trail have nothing to do with the outcome.

Why even show up for your defense then if what you are saying is true.

With your logic on how the law works we could get rid of all attorneys worldwide.

Not a bad plan.

God Bless

Jim, In your opinion what will be the punishment? If allegations are proven then what? Where will SLJB go? You already know how I feel about this company!

Sorry just saw that post now. You should post directly to a person so it shows up in their mailbox if you want to make sure they see the post.

I don't read the whole thread.

I suspect the OSC will extend the Cease Trade Order in Ontario, or make it permanent.

I suspect civil suits will be brought against Petar, Devries, Steve Sulja and the company in both Canada and the US.

They will be barred from being officers of public companies, they will have to disgorge illegal profits and fined and charged interest.

The company will probably settle with the SEC without admitting guilt and pay a small fine and it'll keep on trading.

Just guessing based on what I've seen happen many times in the past. This all can take months to years to resolve though

Do you still feel the same?

Again it "appears" that you know as fact that rules were broken...

"Alledgedly" they were...

You just don't seem to understand that. Nothing...absolutely nothing has been decided...You are responding to charges based on evidence that "appears" to indicate fraud...That's what the affidavit is...and nothing more...

But then, I keep forgetting, the RCMP always get thair man...

Let's all just be patient, shall we?
