Speaking of Lionsgate, has Lionsgate denounced the SAPX's SEC 8k? What that NO!
Has the SEC require SAPX to remove the Lionsgate 8K? Again NO!
By the lack of action against the 8K one should assume the SEC and Lionsgate considers it factual and truthful.
I advise you to look at the court document and read who are the named defendants, then look at the role Black has in the case as a "source" of potential Discoverable information" for the defendant.(see author of document)
But more important look at statement "SEC already have contact information for the individuals listed" yet there has been NO SEC CHARGES BROUGHT AGAINST BLACK for any wrong doing period!
