They should start by updating the Officers and Directors at Nevada SOS

Would be possible if Hatadi was willing to cancel some of his shares, 1$, at the post-merger O/S would be well over 1B$ (Assuming the 500m O/S accounts for 15.75% of post-merger entity, as per PR)...
Maybe the other shareholders (which will own25% or so) include current/former management of BNCM, but it isn't clear
