I doubt a RS would even get approved unless it’s in conjunction with another action, like uplisting. No, I’m not saying they’re going to uplist, just saying that a RS would most likely not get approved.
I agree however I do think there might be a exchange difference if this is an actual reverse merger uplist play . And just looking at other hospital stocks OS of those are 50-500 million shares and judging by the 43b OS here we are looking at around 100 old shares for one new share unless most of that 43b is canceled
He has no choice. At least one more. To get pps where it needs to be. A reverse split without the need to dilute after is actually ok. But of course he might repeat the same ole same ole
