Brussels, I have emailed ANIP IR on more than one occasion and have not gotten a response. The most recent has been about Tezruly 's discontinued marketing status.
In the past, I have emailed a number of analyst and received no feed back, maybe they are more receptive now.
Though selling well below value is always a concern, I have amassed a wealth of knowledge and it would be ill advised to try sell ANIP well below fair value. I do not expect top dollar, but do expect fair value.
They have to disclose all the information before voting on a buyout, this includes what NDA was filed and indications and PDUFA dates.
I still believe that ANIP's Leadership Team and BOD are ethical and have protecting shareholder interest, as one of their concerns. I guess we will soon find out if I am right.
