You’ve been putting out this Hiru rolling report (promotion) here on Ihub since 9/05 no less than five times, (Not just today at 1am as you conveniently refer to)
with price targets as high as $0.30 under specified circumstances.
Let’s just go with the Webster’s definition and see if the shoe fits:
Promotion: noun
2) Support or encouragement of the progress, growth, or acceptance of something; furtherance.
"has joined in the promotion of the theory."
3) Advertising; publicity.
I’ll repeat it’s my opinion the OTC has considered your widely disseminated report, synopsis of public information with your personal projections, cheerleading or whatever you want to call it as a promotion.
Promotion by definition doesn’t involve compensation, front loading and pumping and dumping etc. so it’s pretty subjective and arbitrary.
You’re welcome to your opinion and fwiw for the most part I don’t disagree with you on most of what you’ve laid out.
