GH was not in charge of the company in September and still today,
does not have control!!!!

Whomever made that claim about September is just crowing.... lol

Non shareholders who like to stir trouble because they were bad investors for their clients need to start shifting that blame on to HV and his partner!!!!

According to the Court HV had control of MAXD as of April 2023....
