I have seen this mill many times before Jared purchased 55% of it, and two times after the purchase. The difference is incredible. If you need pictures try driving there, it is 6 hours from San Diego, under 5 from LA and united airlines services it every day till the end of October and then on weekends. I won’t do your Due Diligence, and good luck on your agenda. LOL
