Actually, we really do not know how many shares Diagonal (I.e. Curt Kramer) has gotten. He is still owed $225,000. He might be getting a crap load of cheap shares since the last recorded stock price at $0.000001. That is never ever a good sign with that creep. How does this not end with huge dilution?
