That Capybara Short report was pretty nasty and seemed very personal against Dmitri Nikitin. The report had me quite confused though(admit I've never followed this company before the friday drop). These are questions that are glaring to me:

1)who is Dmitri Nikitin,does he still have a role in LASE? Website does not show him as if in management or board role.If he is old management,then the Short report loses it's sting,right?

2) It's said to be a new IPO.Was it a SPAC before May 2024?If yes, what was the ticker prior?

3) Why has Company not refuted the Capybara report yet?

Would love to hear thoughts from others who've followed this company and are able to connect the dots in the Capybara report. Finding a lot of gaps in understanding the chain of events/executives.
