Maybe nobody cares anymore and the play is dead. We have contracts and we have shipping and we have real estate and assets and revenues and yet we continue to lows daily for months now.

Maybe OTC is all about the pump and it doesn’t matter how legit it is because if groups aren’t going to pump it and run it it dies

The certificate is valid and expires on Nov 21, 2024. As long as they apply for the new code before their certificate expires, they are good in my opinion. Apparently so since their shipment has already cleared China customs to be shipped.

Pure empty speculation and wishful thinking on yourt part.

If we accept the digital image you posted at face value, the document was issued in late 2023. However, at a later point in 2024 the Chinese government changed the procedural rules and implemented the new numbering system, and they clearly stated that the older numbers would expire in early September 2024. This is not debatable, unless you want to debate the CCP! Unless the Chinese are publicly lying or are totally incompetent, their database shows that SPOOZ has not yet gotten the necessary new number, and thus they are inactive. This is beyond dispute, unless you want to dispute the veracity of the Chinese government on procedures which they control 100% as well as their database system. The Chinese may be dishonest on some issues, but not on this one. SPOOZ has failed to implement the necessary transition and thus, according to the official Chinese website, are "inactive".

of course, when have simple truths ever stood in the way of a good pump?

"On 13 August 2024, GACC (General Administration of Customs of China) issued Announcement No. 105 of 2024, ‘ Announcement on Matters Relating to the Filing Function of Importers and Exporters of Imported Foods’,

GACC No. 105 Announcement state that the Former 11-digits registration number of overseas exporters of imported foods will be abolished on 5 September 2024; GACC will issue New 18-digits registration number for overseas exporters of imported foods, which will be used for China Customs clearance process.

Overseas exporters need to Update old 11-digits AQSIQ registration number to new 18-digits GACC registration number ASAP to avoid affecting their products exported to China!

According to Announcement No. 105, the GACC registration for foreign exporters has to be applied through a CRA (Chinese Representative Agency).

This certificate is for shipments of food to Singapore. Also...

Procedure of GACC Registration for Producers

Producers are required to provide proof of approval from local authorities such as food safety certificates, information on raw materials, processing standards, storage conditions, and evidence of quality management. In addition, the new regulations indicate the possibility of random testing of imported food by Chinese authorities. Product labelling in the Chinese language is also required.....

Marking Products with the GACC Registration Number

After receiving the Chinese registration number, the food producer must affix it to the packaging of the product. It must also be indicated in the customs documents... https://www.china-certification.com/en/china-food-certifications/

So how can Park be in compliance with the above if he still doesn't have a valid/ GACC number?
