They have not been filing late. The two for this year so far have both been on time.

Just looked back 3 years. All quarterly reports were filed on time. This year's annual report was filed on time. Previous annual reports in '22 & '23 they filed extensions.

So we should see Q3 on time. The last two years they filed it November 14th. That's a Thursday this year so a pretty safe bet that's when we see it.
