I think this is normal pullback on relatively small volume selling as buy volume has dried up some and those that bought mostly are in wait mode.
With the surge several weeks back - Im sure some are watching for it to show some signs of strength again - especially since the numbers are getting closer - those are the folks likely to want to trade a bit more short term - which imo comprises the vast majority of otc traders - so we could be in for quite a surprise to the upside soon.
