They are giving 2% shares for $250k as per their LOI. So they are valuing the company at $12.5million. Even with OS 30.5 million, PPS should be at $0.40. For the company with $2.7 million net profit, P/E < 5. Looks undervalued at $12.5 million market cap. Just need to wait to see the final share count once the deal is closed. Just need to include the new shares issued if any for the new valuation. Imho
