FINRA ended trading, which is in its power to do. The company ended operations by allowing the monitor to sell remaining assets and having employees resign, which is in its power to do.

I’m not sure what you get out of saying it’s “only” been dead 5 years, but yeah, company dead 6 years, trading dead 5 years.

FINRA ended something alright, however the company was already legally dead.
