Your strategy is a suckers play - the OTC is for trading not investing.

You have tied up dead money.

Sharp stated that it would be mid 2025 or the beginning of 2026 before the Form 10 is deemed effective - but it has been over 3 years since Sharp withdrew the Form 10.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that the SEC will change their mind on GVSI.
