You are missing the point. Smith did what he was supposed to do. The defense can now say that the names are released and the judge has to throw the case out. You'll see that tomorrow most likely.
It doesn't matter who did it or how they spelled the names, it's the timing and all the redaction bullshit Smith had to do and now it's all thrown away and may force the judge to do something she doesn't want to do. The defense can't be given a quarter inch of room.
It's irrelevant if kos had rights or some dude on rededit plays with a AI. It's opening a 'opening' for the fuckheads. That is my only point.
