I don't know, but was it wise to put out a list that they created with AI publicly so fast? What about consequences. The very least giving the defense something to scream about and even possibly give them a slime avenue to screw things up.
Personally, I believe it was irresponsible to do what they did. Smith redacted them for a reason and now he can't do anything about that.
