Yes...I know the link. It's about spending on manufacturing not actual manufacturing. I have absolutely no idea what that cat is saying given that JD Vance was talking about actual manufacturing.

Vance said this in a nutshell:

???? I'm sure he is very smart in his field...but common sense and logic are missing. And I know he must be logical, so the only outcome is that he is politically ideological. Which makes him or anyone else....very stupid.
