Vik will not be given a choice. He had weeks to settle with NSAV. They couldn't agree on terms. It is now in the hands of the court. The receiver will report to the judge what NSAV's assets are and anything else factual relating to both Vik and NSAV, and probably recommend a settlement. The judge will then rule what NSAV has to pay. That is the way I understand it will go. Correct me if I am wrong.
