Yes and with LBIE v AGFP appealing to the highest court in New York State as of Aug 17 - that is a huge legal matter er "litigation" with global repercussions that MUST be resolved and ruled in favor of LBIE regarding how important it is to NOT ruin all private sector ISDA master agreements by setting legal precedent to walk away from the agreed upon term when a payout is triggered from the insurance (CDS) selling party.
I don't care if it takes a Trump inauguration and the upholding of capitalism to make it resolve. That's a lot of money PLUS interest that ANY non-corrupt non-compromised politicized radical judge (who has twice ruled against Trump, most recently in NY v Trump for what $484M now?) ... gimme a break Hochul appointed Judge Diane T Renwick. The year or so spent in Appellate (the middle court in NYS) was all a prolonged kick the can down the aisle - refuse to rule in favor of common sense and I MUST believe with a new chief coming to the Oval Office - this NYS highest level court is gonna have to stop with the corrupt bullshit.
We won't see any resolution - but we will see a good resolution and payout come 2025. Keep the faith. Believe in the upcoming admin, if we can go to SCOTUS - believe in SCOTUS and our constitutional (and only functioning) check on corrupt Exec and Legislative branch, unconstitutional and criminal corruption in the lower courts since 2008 GFC began.
