Hard to believe this lying scumbag had the audacity to refer to his "70 loyal followers" while he was trying to fleece them in real time. Anyone trying to find this guy, for service of legal claims or other reasons, the SEC database has all the information on 13G filing by erhe's largest shareholder aka krombacher:
Item 2.
(a) Name of Person Filing: Guerguerian Dickran
(b) Address of the Principal Office or, if none, residence: 1035 Ave. Ashford, Apt. 303, San Juan, PR 00907
Anyone out there who feels they have been manipulated, lied to, or otherwise mistreated by erhc management or erhc largest shareholder guerguerian dickran can use the following link to submit their story to the SEC:
Be sure to check the option "Yes, send the form to the firm or company". Follow the instructions on the website to explain something like this:
How as a shareholder you are concerned that ERHC Energies (symbol erhe) has not filed required SEC reports and disclosures for more than 7 years which has resulted in its stock being listed on a Caveat Emptor list, and trading only on the Expert Market. The share price has been $.0001 for months and is virtually untradeable.
While erhc management remains silent, does not file financials, hold annual meetings or issue shareholder updates, its largest shareholder Guerguerian Dickran provides an ongoing flow of baseless claims, false rumors and outright lies about erhc, how there are huge short positions which will cause a huge short squeeze even though no short positions are shown by FINRA or OTC Markets, and that there are deals in place to take the stock to multiple dollars/share. There is nothing to substantiate any of these claims other than the fact that Mr. Dickran is the largest shareholder owning more than 10% of erhe shares. Dickran can be found on an almost daily basis on a message board called IHUB using the fact that he is erhe's largest shareholder to try and add credibility to these rumors.
While I can't say for certain that there is some type of scam and/or collusion going on here, I believe that because of the way management has failed to comply with SEC regulations for so many years it should be investigated. Management behavior has resulted in a worthless, untradeable stock, and Mr. Dickran is doing everything he can think of to try and profit from it.
The above is just an example. While it pretty much tells the story, feel free to use your own words as you see fit.
