First, you have now publicly confessed to hacking into a private, password-protected chat room where you were neither invited nor welcome. This is a clear violation of both federal and state laws regarding unauthorized access to computer systems and communications.

Under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), 18 U.S. Code § 1030, unauthorized access to a computer or password-protected system is a crime. This includes accessing private online groups or chats without permission. The law makes it illegal to access protected computers or networks “intentionally and without authorization,” or to exceed authorized access. Penalties can include fines and imprisonment, depending on the nature and extent of the intrusion.

By admitting to infiltrating this private chat room without permission, you have implicated yourself in illegal activity. Courts have found individuals liable under the CFAA for hacking or unlawfully accessing private communications, even in the context of online message boards or private chat groups.

Lastly, you should be cautious about repeating unfounded accusations of "scamming" and "lying." If you continue to make such statements without proof, they could be legally actionable as libel, as I’ve mentioned previously. You are not only harming my reputation but also crossing the line into defamatory conduct.
