Yes, most retail accounts can not trade pre or after market so as soon as 4PM hits, it could crater in after market. After market tends to be personal transactions and other type of transactions not usually seen in regular retail market hours. They do happen, but isn't quite followed close enough by the penny scam crowd. Most penny traders think there's only two sides to a trade.
