One thing I never understood is that they get away with not issuing 10k's or 10q's, they just issue an 8k with recent financials.

Yeah - and the REAL (net) value of that ONE (1) share is now worth (roughly) about $.000001 per share. Oh well.

I consider those with a single share at a cost basis >$1000 have been wiped out.

There are probably many with a cost basis for their share of >$10,000 and even $100,000.
