I have already put my note to the employees just now and I have put that circular here...
We have received reports that many are working elsewhere and some have not even cleared their UAN Verification.
This was hence my mail -- We will wait for people to respond to my mail as the genuinely willing guy who is not working elsewhere will join us and we will release tokens to them that we plan redeeming on Oct 11 or 4 months and we will initiate their work progress by arranging their laptops and working mode.
For your information, this does not cove under labor laws ...This said, we have no bad intentions on anyone
We just do not want to be exploited ... Plain and simple, the genuine will join us -- those who are working elsewhere cannot join us...
Who join us will be offered the tokens and the weekly salary as I have promised on the 8th of Sep. Those who cannot join us, we will know with this and we will then determine when they joined the other firms and upto what date we have to pay and for that balance we will issue the tokens and those tokens will be redeemed 4 months net. Whether someone believes or they do not believe this is what we will do and this is the only thing we will do...
