RD The situation being what it is it is my choice for the time being. In the future I may send them in the mail. I remember I had to have the aid of somebody else to have the documents scanned so that I could return them signed by myself. It was a hassle when I had to do it fast. Right now there is too much uncertainty for me to handle what you advise me to do.
