OMIC 9.20 (afterhours) - looks like a lucrative trade here as the $10 offer appears solid...from one of the original funders...and OMIC had approx. $55M BV (mostly cash) at previous filing.

Deerfield Mgmt acquires OMIC for $20/sh cash—a 254% premium to the “unaffected” closing price on 9/12/24, before Deerfield made its original cash buyout offer of $10/sh:

The $20/sh buyout price is worth about $50M, which isapproximately OMIC’s net cash value. The stock had been trading at a negative EV.

OMIC previously rejected a $12/sh offer from Tang Capital (#msg-175115266).
