If the SeaSearcher works, why don’t they fulfill the contract with deposit they made several years ago for the SeaSearcher services? There has been no proof the SeaSearcher works.

I do think the seasercher works, I'm just not sure there is treasure at Juno.
Why the big hold up ?
Scanning should be done by now. So it should be easy to find treasure if it exists.
Just my opinion.
