Trump and Republicans always want to point out that gas prices were quite low the last year of his presidency. They never mention that the covid pandemic had on the American economy. Wall Street was celebrating how well people were still working thanks to home computers, and the use of certain software that allowed many of us to remain productive. This is America, and as Warren Buffett always states, never bet against the country.

I try and remind everyone that last year of trump in office he would give these insane press conferences where he would just ramble on about that he was even smarter than all of the doctors, and Americans should think about using bleach on covid. The true reality, area hospitals were full of covid patients fighting for their lives. Family members were not even allowed to see loved ones before they died. People were finding ingenious ways to communicate with loved one with covid while staying near a hospital.

Even worse trump would fly off almost every weekend to play golf at his resort, bill the taxpayer for staying at his resort, and charge his own Secret Service the highest rates he could.

That last year of trump's term in office was probably the worse for America. The American economy went through a transformation, so many restaurants just closed, and they never came back. There were buffet style restaurants here in Chattanooga, in the south you find them like you find diners in New York and New Jersey.

No one went to a buffet style restaurant when covid was raging, even southerners knew that was really stupid. I tried to point out that when I had my hernia operation it had to be postponed because there was no room in the three area hospitals. Even my doctor was called away to serve in a hospital, only lifesaving operations were being performed.

I had to wait almost 6 extra weeks for my hernia operation, and even then, it was done because my condition was worsening, and I was squeezed in because my doctor found a way to get it done. I will always thank him for that operation, but then he was a part of the team of doctors here in Chattanooga that have done many of my other operations.

In Chattanooga we had two places where you could get tested, down by the river, and near the Volkswagen plant. The Volkswagen plant was extra because Volkswagen was trying to keep some kind of production going. There were hardly any cars being produced during the covid pandemic, supply lines had cut down on manufacturers getting parts, especially those chips.

Sooo, basically by orangedonshittypants's genius logic, if we didn't test half the population, we wouldn't see that pesky large case number or how many died from covid?
His whole brain is melted and set on hiding facts from people. His criminality or numbers that hurt his campaign.
