Once again......it is not about whether any particular report standard is the "best", it is about a solely U.S.-traded company claiming compliance with a Canadian law.
The BCSC has issued cease and desist letters to companies like AABB who have falsely claimed to be compliant with NI 43-101. Perhaps the BCSC should take a look at AABB and their Micon reports.
What happened to the NI 43-101 Micon Resource report to be released last week on the Bonanza mine, according to the AABB news release dated August 14th 2024????? IMHO possibly 1 of 2 reasons.
1) Not enough information given to Micon.
2) Report not what AABB management expected. In either case management has a fiduciary responsibility to disclose problems, if there any.
