Hi AZ, Hold on BP feels this is how it will playout , re: LIBOR and Hold is very knowledgeable re: LIBOR:

this is how the high-level process will be carried over, IMO:

1) FDIC settles LIBOR case for some billions
2) Court approves the settlement and confirms rules were followed
3) FDIC asks for fund to be wire transferred by some deadline date
4) FDIC determines the allocated fund for WaMu and the other 19 banks
5) FDIC begins addressing the large claims including WMI

IMO FDIC will address the large claims before they terminate WaMu-R. After that available fund will be paid to the remaining claimants.
