Right, users with real business-knowledge are calm or not there anymore (like Faster). Speakerscorner writes from time to time few sentences, but that's it. We maybe see Speakerscorner writing here as well, but we don't know his nickname here. It's a real pity that the waiting continues for all that still have to work or for all others who have an age above 80 meanwhile. I can't understand their patience or the good-thinking (dreaming). When has FDIC been asked about the status last time ? Why don't these people ask FDIC now once again for an update ?? For me not understandable. There might be a lot of people that would have the time to do this and who don't have to work anymore. And of course it makes more sense if somebody asks who has further knowledge and who knows the documents.
With my previous email I have asked the crowd, it there is a real proven statement from somebody that there is no safe harbor or if somebody just state that he is not aware of safe harbor. That makes a difference. But the replies so far didn't respect this ? Or I have overseen something ? But with a quick view to the last replies and messages, there was nothing written with reference to exact wordings. Lodas ordinary seems to be a detailed person, but here he is just open for reading the documents. Is he a lawyer ? Did he compare word by word how it is written ? Not sure about this. And finally there are also a lot of people (also at Ariva) who have lost the hope for big returns after all these years. You must know that nobody will easily share remaining money. So if the story with safe harbor and so on should be really true, then there is also a high possibility that they find some way not to share it to all former shareholders. If you look at fair & reasonable. Yes! Look in your account with Mr.Cooper shares the judge would reply :-)
And sometimes here is still written something about Dr. Prof. (sorry, don't remember his name once again .. you know who I mean .. ) .. Who from the United States tried to get in contact with him ?? Why not ?
