I know Dennis. I was the one who spent a lot of time bringing him up to date on all sorts of things company related when he started work. I can't judge whether he will be any good as a sales person. I suppose that Laxmi and I can be hopeful and give him the benefit of the doubt. But I do know him as a person.

I never in my life time would lie in my practical senses --
I did say I need him and we will bring him on board and I will agree to my terms with him including the retainer
But I have never said I have money on hand ....Never ....I said "we will pay him ..."
Nor I have the culture to borrow and pay...
Either I have to raise equity or I have to sell --- These are the only two ways I raise cash...
It is time now for selling,,. and when the sale proceeds generate money, we will pay the retainer along with the staff and have him...

While I do need him, I dam care who writes what, we will have him once we generate enough cash to pay the retainer along with others weekly pays...
I have budgeted this in that way and I will be paying accordingly...
