Normal for an OTC play like this . When you have a stock that has potential but doesn't pump you will get certain traders that trade in and out but hold a the majority for the breakout . Market Makers will always drop the ask and box it in with large blocks and relax on the bid when the bid has no support . See it happen all the time on this stock . Just my thoughts and observations.
