Around 4:58 in the video it looks like Tas Mohamed might be sitting on Jerome Rodriguez's lap.
He appears to have a strange look on his face.
(something here strikes me as being a bit fishy.)

Do you think being late on this month's payment would need to be PR'd or only if they are actually in default? My feeling is the latter, just can't see how they would have had money to make this payment without news of money coming in first.

Thank you again for the reminder about the grace period in the agreement.

It's five days. If they don't pay, the most likely outcome is they start accruing 18% interest on the unpaid amount.
