The first time I heard about them needing extra drilling two things popped into my mind:
1. The outside or "New Staff" added to the review activity were not highly experienced in evaluating mineral deposits and: We can't be criticized for asking for more data by asking for gold / silver hole spacing for more confidence in the data regardless of the data indicating that the large ore body is essentially homogeneous and other locations of rare earths in the ore body but not in the blob currently planned to be mined.
2. We are slow walking this so asking for more data can be justified or defended.
